Wedding and Bridal Shower

A bridal shower, or wedding shower, is given to help the bride furnish her new home with items she will need. Bridal showers are usually for the “girls” only, but it is becoming more common to have a co-ed (couples) bridal shower. The future bride's maid of honor, members of the wedding party, friends, associates, and even members of her immediate family can host the bridal shower. It is acceptable to have several bridal showers, but it is recommended that different guests be invited to each bridal shower.
